“Reminiscent of the radiant shading of a sunset, Tangerine Tango form a high-visibility, magnetic hue that emanate heat and energy” said Leatrice Eisman, executive director of the Pantone Color institute about the color of the year.
One sentence that express my mind when I look through the window and discover a warming spring day waiting for me outside.

In addition to a solar look that boosts confidence and optimism, I found little treasures of happiness in rose shop, an innovative design shop, full of unusual and colored objects: a yellow book of coupon for kiss, yellow happiness pills from somewhere in Japan and a leather postcard that makes me smile. I invite you, design lovers, to check the refreshing websites of rose and the designers.

The current exhibition at the villa Empain in Brussels – a dream of eternity – is an impressive selection of oriental embroidered textiles. A dialogue between various cultures through artistic and hand-crafted creations.
Two pieces of the exhibition made me wander to far horizons:
800 butterflies flying away in a rainbow of colors by Diane Didier.
The butterfly glow-in-the-dark dress by Manish Arora – a crossroad between the colorful bollywood/indian culture & a wearable piece of pop art. For those who are in Brussels, hurry up! The exhibition closes on March 18th.

In another life I’m sure I was a magpie. To start with, like the feathered creature, I can’t stop talking (especially in those social situations where one should avoid at any cost being the first to break an embarrassing silence). Secondly I have a soft spot for anything shiny so naturally I love this bcbg max azria sequined dress
